É bom lembrar que essa iniciativa de juntar um time e entregar um aplicativo funcional em 48 horas é muito válida. Tem que existir um planejamento sinistro, uma organização bem metódica e as decisões tem que ser tomadas sem muitas discussões para que tudo dê certo. Praticamente não existe espaço pra erros ou testes, então é bom se assegurar do que realmente tem que ser entregue.
Logo após a entrega do projeto para a avaliação, o time se comprometeu em pouco mais de um mês entregar picmydiet completo, exatamente do jeito que a gente quer.
